A big piece of the puzzle when it comes to the move is selling our house. We bought a property as an investment 2.5 years ago and now we are getting ready to sell. We’ve lived in the house and fixed it up over time, knowing that it was not our “forever” house and that we would make some money on the resale.

My favorite transformation: the kitchen!New cabinets, new counters, closing the wall, new appliances and removal of the low hanging view-blocking cabinetsBonus room: This room needed trimming, new paint and blindsMaster bedroom: this room was once a garage (but I don’t have a picture). New blinds, new closet doors and touch up paintThe second master was half carpeted/half wood.
